This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views. We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem. The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb. There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

lovely hotel, lovely staff, very clean throughout with great pools that always had plenty of sun loungers available. rooms were cleaned daily. beautiful spa on site. adult only roof top was lovely with great views and great cocktails, although not included in the all inclusive but they were half price. hotel in a great location 15mins walk to los Cristianos beach and only a 5min taxi to Las Américas costing about 4euros! hotel offer a free shuttle bus to los Cristianos beach every 30mins but we prefer to walk so didn’t use it.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, and the hotel itself was very nice, it was in a good location, had many shops and supermarkets nearby, the beach was probably a 15-20 minute walk away. There is also a small mall 5-7 minute walk away (although many shops seemed tohave closed down due to Covid). The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is also good, and one is the free transport bus to the aqua park which is great. Room size was massive and very clean.

Great location - can walk to the beach and lots of restaurants/bar’s nearby 🏖️ Staff are amazing - really friendly and super efficient Great hotel in terms of number of pools (Adult only pools) and the rooftop solarium, bar and restaurant - stunning views across Los Cristianos Rooms are really spacious and kept clean daily Great fireworks display on New Years Eve
